How do I reserve a party?
We're glad you asked. There
are three ways to reserve a party -
online,
fax
us or phone us. Parties are
booked on a first come, first serve basis. Once your party
date has been confirmed we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to
secure your date. (Party-On-The-Go must be paid in full at the
time order is placed.)
How much do you
charge for children’s party?
Well, we specialize in creating custom
children's parties and produce
parties as unique as the client we’re servicing, but we also offer
Themed
Packages and
Party-On-The-Go
packages that are priced out for you.
What forms of payment do you
accept?
We accept cash, personal checks,
PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Where are
the parties held?
The beauty is we come to you.
Parties are generally held at the home of the Guest of Honor, but if
this is not acceptable we will be happy to scout a location for you.
What
happens if a guest arrives late?
So that your guests can enjoy the
full benefit of the party we strongly advise they arrive on time,
but should they happen to arrive late they may join the party at
whatever stage the party is at the time of their arrival.
What happens if a guest is a no show?
Prices are based upon the final
headcount, if a guest does not come we cannot give credit or
a refund.
I'm having a Princess Party for my daughter,
but boys are invited how will you accommodate them?
With advanced notice we will make provisions
for each child in attendance. For example, we will provide
Knight costumes and personalized goodie bags for boys attending a
Princess Party and Ye Ol' Lassie costumes and personalized
goodie bags for girls attending a Pirate Party.
Is there a
minimum number of guests?
Themed
Packages and
Party-On-The-Go are based upon a minimum
of 8 or 12 children respectively (including the Guest of Honor). If the
attendance falls below the minimum there will be no credit or refund
given.
For custom
parties there is no minimum and the maximum is based upon
venue accommodations.
What is the
age limit for a Star Party?
Our parties are
created for children up to seventeen years old.
Do you plan
parties for adults?
Our parent company
VAL Productions, Inc.
is a Special Events and Lifestyle Management company that specializes in
a variety of private social gatherings and would be happy to assist
you, just give us a call. The number is the same.
